Organizational Structure
Collaborative Art WORKS!™ has been established in collaboration with Sedona Cultural Arts Institute,
an Arizona non profit organization and Collaborative Infopreneurship Network Benefit Corporation. A benefit corporation's Articles of Incorporation state that the corporation is a benefit corporation. The benefit corporation may have a general public benefit goal, i.e., to have a material positive impact on society and the environment, taken as a whole, assessed against a third-party standard, from the business and operations of a benefit corporation. We will be inviting participation in Collaborative Art WORKS!™ - including memberships, resource providers and possibly accepting additional co-founders.
